Posting Videos or Music videos is simpler than you think.

Depending what web site you're getting your videos, is how you get embed code.

For example:
Lets say you want to post video from youtube. Find the Share and Embed button and get the code.
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/_JmA2ClUvUY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Now, we don't actually need full code, just the src part which is highlighted with red. Highlight and copy the link.

That's it! On the menu, click video option. Right click and paste that link in the field. Your done!
